Cello — complaint not solved from company

I have purchased cello heater on dated[protected]. But heater was not working even on the same day of purchase. I lodged complaint on dated[protected] through my mob +91 [protected]. Complaint ref no. Is carh[protected]. Contacted [protected] several times and mr. Sudhir [protected]. Also mailed at [protected]@cellokitchenette.com but still pbm not solved. Customer service is not good. Resolve the issue as soon as possible
