I bought a pack containing 10 pinpoint pens. In the intial days it was working but the ink quality was low. After 5 days o[censored]sing it suddenly stopped working. This happened with all the 10 pens in that pack. It was a very moment because my 100 rupees got wasted on those pens.
I was using cello pinpoint for more than 2 years, at that time it was working efficiently. Now the quality of pens are reduced and it simple wastage of money....

Cello techotip pen
I bought few cello techno tip ball point pens from a bookshop for exams. Unfortunately these pens are not working even though it has full ink. I scribbled it but the inks are not flowing. It affected first few minutes of my exam very badly because I trusted cello blindly.

Not working
I brought 2 pin point pens for my final year exam. It worked on my first exam but 2 days later on my 2nd exam it's not working while I have been writing. Then my friend gave her pen which is also a pin point to finish my exam . After 2 days on my 3rd exam again that pen was also not working. But I kept one extra pen that was also a pin point for safety and finished exam with it. But now again this pen is also not working... I don't know what is happening.. it's really terrifying me

I have been regular customer of cello technotip pen.But lately i’ve been facing some issue that the pen is not working after 1 week o[censored]se.I bought the same pen from another stores but still face the same issue(4 times)This made me helpless during my exam also.i hope you will consider your dearer customer and will take necessary actions....

Not availbl ity of spares parts
I have bought one Flask from Nahar Home Needs Annapillai street Chennai for Rs 550/-.Before two days I have lost Vascher Or Rubber parts of cap.When I went there they have told parts is not available.and it is not possi ble.Now for a small thing is wasted.Can I get the part from any where in chennai .Let me know

Issues:
1. Bought cello 4 water bottles h2o stainless steel from distributor arora sales agra and finally the cap started getting losen up and replaced it by the distributor arora sales agra.
2. Finally the day bottles were replaced i bought in exchange the cello click it lunch box blue colour and same the plastic damages within 15 days to 20 days of the purchase and now arora sales refused to exchange it is of no use to me and hence the purchase is not more than a months time it should be replaced. Hence bill of the lunch box was also not been given. As it was manully mentioned at the old bill.

With this application, I want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SERVICE AND SATISFACTION" which CELLO CUSTOMER SERVICE can ever provide to their customers.
To start with, I am not sure how much CELLO CUSTOMER SERVICE is concerned about CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, SERVICE AND SATISFACTION.
Finally, I have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER LIKE MILTON. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a HUGE ORGANIZATION. I have been using your services for more than DECADES. But I guess I should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE" which CELLO CUSTOMER SERVICE has given me.
As everyone says, in today's world the quality of SERVICES goes equally down when the quantity of PEOPLE consuming those services goes high.
Details of the Issues are:

I was purchase a 1000 ml of water bottle from amazone and its in warranty period but water does not stay cooled even 1 hour, i was complain in cello but they see small damp on bottom of bottle due to poor quality of bottle but they says we cant you replace

I bought a 1000 ml insulated bottle of cello from Amazon on 31 March 2021. Which was delivered to me with one year manufacturing defect warranty. Now the insulation system of bottle is not working properly hens it is unable to keep beverages hot or cool. When I contacted the customer care service of cello company they refused to exchange my bottle by simply saying that my bottle has dent on the bottom so I can't claim warranty. This was a big lie because there is not a single scratch on the bottle. I was keep telling them that there is no dent and sent several pictures of bottle from different angles but they just refused to listen.

I purchased a flask from Flipkart, and within a month it stopped working, it has 1 year warranty, Flipkart told to contact cello world company. When I contacted they asked for the picture of flask wich shud be clear and reflection free, as the flask is still plated reflection free is not possible, but still dey are asking for dat, it's jus an pure fraud for not to give the claim. Cello is cheating by giving iron bottle instead of steel
I brought 3 cello steel hot cold bottle. 2 for myself and 1 I gave as a gift. My daughter was playing with magnet and the bottle. The magnet stuck to the cello bottle. So I also check and it was shocking to see that the magnet was sticking to all my 2 cello steel bottle. Cello is marking this bottle as 100% steel bottle and cheating us giving low quality steel or iron bottle. Request you to please look into the matter

I ordered a 1500 ml steel flask for hot/cold water on 19th of October, 2020 from amazon.in, but the hot water becomes cold within half an hour. Additionally when i pour in hot water, then flask's outer surface also heats up. Please provide replacement for the same.

Not getting warranty replacement for 750ML Flask
I bought cello flask 750ml thru online. It is 6 months old. We used the flask only one time. 2nd time the flask didn't work. It is not maintaining the heat. I contacted the customer care thru email. They asked photos of the flask. I replied with photos. Simply they replied that dent is there they won't give replacement. But there is no dent in the flask. It looks new. Just to reject the warranty simply they said 1 reason and rejected. Cello product is waste.

I purchase a cello osum cooler 1 year ago... Nd i packed it because of winters... And open it after 6 months because of summer... And see that it is broken because of its poor design water droplet go into its circuit ice chip... Nd i complaint it... They send a service boy... And he take a photo of that chip.. And say in 24 hrs u get a msg of price and date on which it fixed... But i got no information... Then i whatsapp the service boy.. But he seen my all msg but dont reply... I call the service center but they also dont reply anything... They scam with me... Plz help

I purchased 4 chairs from bansal industries, i. A. Phase-ii, chandigarh.
2 years (Approx.) ago for my house. We found quality very poor, back of the chair broken, due to manufacturing defect.
Kindly arrange to take back all the four chairs and give us good quality chairs in replacement.

I purchased 9 cello water bottles few days back and was very happy with the product. But today my son forgot his water bottle in car, and when I went outside to pick it up from car, to my surprise the bottle was squeezed to half. Such low grade plastic u use and we let our children use them for drinking. We buy cello products because it's a really good brand. But if this kind of problems occur with such good bottles, who will purchase them in future. I am ur very loyal customer nd we use most of your products, please look into this matter urgently.
