Cello — I was purchase a 1000ml water bottle and water does not stay cooled even 1 hour

I was purchase a 1000 ml of water bottle from amazone and its in warranty period but water does not stay cooled even 1 hour, i was complain in cello but they see small damp on bottom of bottle due to poor quality of bottle but they says we cant you replace
