Today I visited center for sight vikaspuri center for my mother post operative check ups but it was a horrible experience as we were kept waiting for 1 & 1/2 hour after that my mother start feeling uneasy there we requested all the attendants, reception and counsellor but they keep ignoring our requests and keep sending gerenal check up patients with out any numbring it is quite shocking that there was no priority for post operative patients they were forced to wait with gerenal / free check up patients and no nunmbring being done so there was no first cone first serve was authenticated it feels highly unprofessional and uncaring for a patient who has trusted and paid them in advance for these checkups we feel dejected and cheated by them and feels that it was a big mistake choosing them for my mother's catract operation never expected such a behavior from thier team at vikaspuri they absolutely seems shameless and uncaring that we have to come back with out check up they only seems to care about new patient for money.
