Today I visited center for sight vikaspuri center for my mother post operative check ups but it was a horrible experience as we were kept waiting for 1 & 1/2 hour after that my mother start feeling uneasy there we requested all the attendants, reception and counsellor but they keep ignoring our requests and keep sending gerenal check up patients with out any numbring it is quite shocking that there was no priority for post operative patients...

Hi, i wish to lodge a complaint against carelessness displayed in treating my father’s ophthalmic condition by Dr Jaideep Dhama (Center for Sight, Rajouri Garden) which lead to his vision loss of about 90% and his mental stress at such an age. He is still under treatment and we have been made to come to their Center at Safdarjung Enclave; however we got him treated at Rajouri Garden. This is to inform everyone that I am appalled by the services povided at Center for Service, Safdarjung Branch. I had to take my father today for a test for which he was asked to report at 11 a.m. We reached the center at 10:20 a.m. People normally asssume that if we are called at a certain time, we would be attended at the given time.
