Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — About 10th result

Hello my name is Ajit Kumar i am a 10th class student I am studying in delhi in badarpur sir my complaint is about my result I got 60% so can you explain me why you give me only 60% in corona time I am came back to village and homework and internal assessment I can't send to sir and I have no smartphone but have ready for exam and my target was 85% but you give me only 60% why.
