Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — About result of class XII[protected]

Address:House no.112/C1, Nehru garden colony kaithal, Haryana

In the result it was said that student will pass the exam of chemistry if he scores 33% whereas 33% of 35 is 11.55 and I scored 12 marks in compartment exam according to the declaration I should cleared the exam but CBSE gives me repeat in theory again . Why??
