Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — According to the criteria I have not got given the appropriate marks

Address:BR Diamond Apartment, SADHANPUR ,kalna Link Road , burdwan, purbaBardhaman, West bengal

I have calculated the marks according to the criteria given by cbse. But the marks published by cbse on 3rd August have reduced as compared to the calculations. Such as i got in
Bengali 98.5 but given 89
Maths 85.5 but given 81
Science 93.9 but gave 91
Sst 91.9 but gave 85
Information technology 99.5 but gave 93
Why ??? I can't understand why the marks reduced. Please see this problem.
