Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Affiliation issues

To,
The Secretary,
Central Board of Secondary Education

Subject: URGENT & CONFIDENTIAL – Complaint Regarding Serious Violations by Aishmount The Children’s Academy (Affiliation No. 2133352)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am constrained to submit this complaint in public interest against Aishmount The Children’s Academy, Deoria, Uttar Pradesh (CBSE Affiliation No. 2133352), for grave and continuing violations of CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws and examination norms.

It is respectfully submitted that the institution is allegedly involved in the following serious irregularities:

1. Running dummy admissions, wherein students are enrolled only on official records but do not attend regular classes.
2. Conducting non-schooling practices; students reportedly appear only for practical and Board examinations without attending regular academic sessions.
3. Gross mismatch between registered student strength and available infrastructure. The number of students registered in Classes IX and XI allegedly exceeds actual classroom capacity.
4. Similarly, the number of students registered in Class XII (appearing in the current Board Examination) is reportedly far beyond the available accommodation and infrastructure of the school.
5. There are serious apprehensions that mandatory norms relating to land requirement, classrooms, student-teacher ratio, attendance records, and regular academic functioning are not being complied with.

It is further submitted that complaints were reportedly made earlier as well; however, due to the financial strength and local influence of the management, no effective action was taken and the institution allegedly continues to function in violation of norms.

In light of the above, I respectfully request:

• Immediate surprise inspection of the institution.
• Physical verification of classrooms, infrastructure, and actual student attendance.
• Audit of admission records and student strength of Classes IX, XI, and XII.
• Strict action under applicable CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws if violations are established.

I specifically request that my identity and personal details be kept strictly confidential, as disclosure may expose me to serious personal risk and harassment.

Further, I wish to clearly state that if this matter is improperly suppressed, ignored, or influenced through illegal financial means, I shall be compelled to escalate the issue to higher constitutional and vigilance authorities for appropriate action.

This complaint is being made bona fide in the interest of protecting academic integrity and preventing misuse of CBSE affiliation.

Kindly acknowledge receipt and take urgent action.
