Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Calculation of marks without following the criteria

I have got my plus two results and the marks were not much as I expected. I had doubts in my computer marks and asked to my teacher about it. She told to the students that they are providing marks according to the marks of our senior's batch that is, 2019-20 batch. There were only two students in our previous computer science batch. Also they didn't scored well. And these really affected our overall score. As per the marking criteria the the marks of SSLC, plus two model and plus one are added but for us the teacher took previous batches' overall marks. Please kindly take a required action Against these type of behavior form institutions. Most of the students in our school are not at all satisfacted the marking method. Only the students who are the children of staffs only got better marks and our marks are not even compared to our previous exam marks.
