I am Gourvi Joshi of class 12th. This is to file a complaint against CAMBRIDGE COURT HIGH SCHOOL JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN for violating the guidelines of the hon'ble Supreme court.
My school is not letting me attend classes neither online nor offline because of failure in submission of fees since september 6, 2021, they kicked me out of the google classroom on september 8, 2021. With this they even have withheld my class 10th CBSE board result session 2019-20.This step of the school is clearly against the hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgement dated May 3, 2021 in the SLP 431/2021 Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Vidyalaya V/S State of Rajasthan ordered as:
(IV) The school management shall not debar any student from attending either online classes or physical classes on account of non payment of fees, arrears/outstanding fees including the installments, referred to above, and shall not withhold the results of the examination of any student on that account.

As an informed student, I request you to take a strict action against them. Looking forward to your cooperation.
