Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Can a temporary teacher be sent as an examiner for taking practical exams for 12 class by govt aided school

It has come into the notice that some Govt aided schools are sending the temporary teachers for taking practical exams which is not authentic vas per. CBSE norms
There should be a column
Whether the employ temporary or. Permanent
If it is done there may not be irregularity
Kindly take action in this regard
