Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — CBSE has moderated the marks given by the school.

My son has 93% in Xth, 94% in XIth, now school has given marks in 12th 94%, as per rules he should get now 93.60% but he gets only 87%, school does not know how it is happened..?
They told to us that CBSE moderate the marks as they allotted to their students. Mostly high ranked students are suffered from these types of problem. CBSE should inform that on what basis it has moderated marks given from the school.
This is really a cheat with the students.
