Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Cbse regarding result 2022

Respected sir,
My term 1 math exam is good and i score 16 marks and my term 2 math exam is also going good and i solved all question in proper manner and answer also correct but i got rt in maths total - 12 marks in theory how is it possible... 30% of 16 is 10 in term 1 so according to cbse i got only 2 marks in term 2 how is it possible sir pls do something I am in depression pls recheck my paper.
I am trying to fill re-evaluation form but there was a error and showing payment is pending but amount is deducted from my account and when I am calling to cbse helpline no. No response from there... So pls do something sir if you want my detail pls contact me
