Respected sir/madam
I have passed my class x in 2010 from carmel convent senior secondary school neemuch (03365)
My x class roll no is 1175777.
My name in x marksheet in ankit kumar jat, while in xii is ankit jat. (Xii class roll no 1677791 year 2012). So i want to change my name from ankit kumar jat to ankit jat in both certificate and marksheet. Plz tell me procedure, also plz what all documents do i need to submit. I will be highly obliged. Plz reply
