Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Complaining about malpractice of taking money for giving marks in practical in school

I am a student of 10th board in KM academy, asarganj Munger, Bihar.
This institution is affiliated with CBSE and our practicals for all subjects are supposed to be conducted sooner. My school association is forcing me to give 2000 rupees for getting all the marks in practical and the made it clear that I will be given this marks only if I submit the 2000 amount.
I don't know if CBSE guided the school to take 2000 rupees for these marks.
Please take some strict action before they force and exploit all the student for these kinds of practice.
