Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Complaint about the class 10 board results

I got 76.6%marks with IT or without IT get only 68.8 % marks in class 10 cbse results. But in my pre board results were atleast 85 % .
I think that the has sent the wrong marks to the cbse or there is Some error from the side of Cbse . Please I request Cbse to look into matter as soon as possible.
