Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Complaint Regarding Class 10 English term 1 marks

Respected Sir,

According to the circular by the CBSE, all students will get all marks of passage 1 for all series of question papers due to the inappropriate passage in the JSK series 1. But this decision is injustice to those students who answered correctly in the passage 1 of JSK series 2 . So I humbly request CBSE to provide grace marks in other section questions (grammar / Literature) for those students who answered all questions of passage 1 .
