I have paid 1200 to CBSE via upi on 22 sep, 2021 but on the website, it shows that the payment is incomplete. I called a person named chup raho (that's what his name is on truecaller) on the same day and he asked me to wait for 72 hours, he added that it may take more than that so I waited for extra 24+ hours but still the payment status is incomplete and I haven't received refund.
What am I supposed to do now???
