Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — delay in issuing duplicate certificate

Hi

I have file an application for the urgent issuing of duplicate certificate of class 12th at cbse panchkula and paid accordingly.
My documents reached at head office on 10th feb. As per norms, they have to deliver it with in 3, 4 days but now it has been 20 days i didn't get any response from their side being after dropped regular mails.

Cbse board = panchkula
Passing year = 2012
Name = amit kumar
School name = sdm school, sonipat
12th roll no.= 2662451

I have add photos that shows the document reached at cbse, punchkula office on 10th feb.

Due to this i have suffer a lot please have a look into this
