Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Delay in receiving revaluated marksheet

My ward Riffi Robert Maria Robert Kennedy whose Rollno: is 27118084 and School No:90184, wrote her 10-grade board examinations in 2022. We applied for revaluation and there was a change in her science score from 99 to 100. The marks were updated on the CBSE website however we haven't received the hardcopy of the new marksheet even though the school had filed a complaint earlier as well. Kindly do the needful and send the hard copy of the updated marksheet since we need it for college applications. Thank you.
