Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Did receive duplicate document and any update

I applied for duplicate documents on CBSE website also did the payment though it is still asking for payment. I also sent an email to info.[protected]@gov.in & [protected]@nic.in with all the payment proof still no update from their side. It is almost an year now.
