Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Didn't receive expected marks in my English core paper

Respected sir/mam,
I am a student who was really looking forward for my English result.In 10th I secured 84 in my English paper.During that year I wasn't planning to take English as my major in college, but when I was promoted to 11th I decided to do so.So I was serious about my English marks.I always had higher marks in English compared to other subjects, and right now most of the students in my class have higher marks than me, even the one's who had lower marks than me.kindly allow me to take retest for English core paper because I can't really get into a good institution with my marks.
