Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Didn't received my 12th and 12th duplicate certificates

My name is Archana Panaycheril Vijaykumar. I am writing this complaint about not receiving my duplicate certificates
(Mark Statement, Passing Certificate, Migration Certificate)
of class 10th and 12th.
I attested F.I.R copy, 6 duplicate certificate application forms that was downloaded from
https://www.cbse.nic.in/publicportal/forms, Newspaper Advertisement and DD copy and via post on 08/12/2021
but till now there is no reply from CBSE Ajmer, Rajashthan.
I need my duplicate certificate as soon as possible because its very urgent.
In the CBSE Duplicate Form application it was mentioned that the certificates would be delivered within 15 days but it's almost more than 20 days. I even enquired about the same and that person gave me another 3 contact numbers but those numbers weren't existing.
So i hope CBSE Ajmer Rajasthan will provide me my duplicate certificates soon and its urgent.
