Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Duplicate Certificate

Have applied for 10th duplicate mark sheet and certificate on cbseit.in site on 5th may 2023 and paid 5100 for the same. was suppose to received it in 15-20 working days. till date the site is showing under process. i have been trying to contact cbse but no response, . they are saying to contact regional office but not informing where to find regional office contact.
