Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Fee payment

I paid the fee for my ctet dec exam-1200/- with upi, but it showed that it was not paid . So i paid again with another card. However, the amount was deducted from my account twice. It's been more than a week now and i haven't received any refund. Please help

Updated by 317ms i was informed that my complain has been forwarded to cbse but till now i haven't heard any response or update
