Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Forcing students to come to school

Good morning,
I am a student of summer fields school, kailash colony. I study in class 9 and the is forcing class 9 and 11 students to come and give papers offline without parents consent. We have tried contacting the school authorities but usually no one is available. The problem is there was no tutions or extra classes available because of covid and I know that teaches have done a great job teaching online but we as students need more help and on top of that there is heavy risk of covid also.
I hope you'll take my complaint in consideration.
