Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Fraud by cbseit.in

I registered myself for duplicate marksheet in cbseit.in, i paid the respective amount for the same i.e., 270 rupees, and now when i am tracking my marksheet, the site shows your network is not private and it's security certificate expired 5 days ago. Now will i get my marksheet or will you refund my money ?
