Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — I am complaining about my result of class 12

My class 12 result is wrong In that result my term one marks are not added. Due to which the spread has been shown in three subjects.that subject is physics chemistry and biology I'm wasting a year because of this.Please help me sir.
