Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — I am complaining about school whose school number is 65149

Good day sir / madam
I am the guardians of the students who appear this year 12th standard exam. I am complaining about the class 12th results declared on 30 July 2020. As per declaration of result, the results are based on the circular (Issued by Supreme Court of India in WP civil no. 522 of 2021 )which issued by CBSE.
By taking into account of
No.1- class 12 marks ( include unit, mid and pre board exam) 40%
No.2 - class 11th based on theory competent of final exam 30%
No.3 - Class 10th taking top 3 subjects 30%
In all above mentioned as per Supreme Court rule my student got above 90%. In class 11th and 12th as per school results they claimed that they are given above 90% and in 10th standard top 3 subjects he got 97.33%. But the results declared on 30th of July 2021, he got 73%.

Now my complaint is - If 100% result declared by school the there is fault in that. Because of personal problems with student father / or student the school has manipulated the results. Yesterday I guardian of candidate visited the school they are claiming that CBSE had manipulated the results. If is there any errors happen from CBSE side please inform me on ( mail- [protected]@gmail.com) and rectify the problem.
If it happened from school side please look ahead for that or please advise the legal action against the school.
