I have been writing to R.O CBSE, Prayagraj since past 45 days but received no response regarding my consignment.

I had applied for Duplicate 12th Certificate, 12th Marksheet, Migration Certificate:

Amount I Paid for the same: Rs 2350/-

Out of 3 applied Documents, I received a parcel (Tracking No: EU[protected]IN) containing only my Migration Certificate. I have not received my Certificate & Marksheet.I have also attached details of the my order & transaction proof with the email. Please look into the matter & dispatch my missing documents as soon as possible.
