Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — I m complaining about school maintenance fee

Dear sir/ madam
We are submitted every month school fee but children not gone to school this session so school building and maintenance charge should not allow to our children because they are not go to school whole session so maintenance charge should not charged to students but school staff make pressure to us to submitted maintenance fee so please help me to solve this problem.
