Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — I'm complaining about too much time taken to resolve my issue

There was problem in my parent's name in my 10th DMC and almost more than one and half year is gone but still I am not provided with my new DMC. I and my family are seriously suffering a lot of mental harrasment due to this delay as all of my further studies are stoped. We need an instant action against this kindly help us or otherwise we have to be strict against your policy.
