Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Issue of duplicate 10th pass certificate delayed for long even after paying extra fees for urgent requirement

I have submitted for the hard copy of cbse 10th pass certificate on 10/22/2021
It is almost a month and the tracking status is still under progress.

This is really urgent and I have paid extra fees also.
