Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Lost 12 pass certificate

Sir, i've lost my passing certificate for 12th. I passed my 12th from kotagiri public school, kotagiri tamil nadu in the year 1992. I would be very glad if you tell me the procedure to get the duplicate one as i joint the government job im in urgent need of it to be regularised. Im not living in tamil nadu presently im in mizoram. From where regional office i should apply for this certificate
