Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Misinterpretation of policy by school

Greetings for the day!!!

With due respect, this is to bring to your kind notice, that in the AISSCE Result declared by the Board on July 30, 2021 our school with School Code:- 50273, under Bhopal region two candidates with roll no. 19615018 & 19615026 are reflected as compartment (RT) in Chemistry and a candidate with roll no. 19615021 is shown as Essential Repeat.

While uploading the marks, the school has taken utmost care and tried to follow the tabulation policy in its true spirit but being the first experience of doing such tabulation, there were some misunderstandings which has very adversely effected the Candidates' result and for that we are extremely sorry and pay our sincerest apology.
Our school has continuously given 100% results in the past few years which is reflected in the historical data too provided to us by the esteemed Office. Here we would like to draw your attention that the Result Software also accepted and submitted the data which was not as per the tabulation policy. When we are not allowed to exceed the higher limit, then it should be applicable to the lower limit as well but it didn't happen so.
Now with this result, the whole career and life of the student is at stake and being the Incharge of this result work at school level, I'm very disturbed. Keeping in view of the interest of the students, it's my earnest request to you to kindly revise their marklist.

In this regard we have been trying to contact our Regional Office, Bhopal ever since the day the result has been declared. Several Mails, Whattsapp messages have been sent and constantly tried to contact Honorable Meenu Joshi Madam, RO, Bhopal but our plea has not been acknowledged by the concerned office. Madam had never responded to any calls/mails. In such scenario we are unable to do anything.

We are seeking for a proper guidance and solution to this problem . Our humble request to kindly look into the matter on priority basis and do the needful.
