Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Moderation

Dear Sir

I am a student from the UAE who recently graduated from class 12th and to my sheer disappointment, I received a score of 89.2%.
It was announced that the moderation will continue to be implemented this year but to my dismay, there was no moderation at all.

On top of that, CBSE has scrapped the Reevaluation policy from this year onwards, so I cannot approach anyone.
I have planned to study abroad and I have received conditional offers from various US universities and if I send this marksheet, I risk getting my application rescinded.

I hope you understand my situation and inform the concerned authorities as soon as possible.
