Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — My child got very less marks in Biology which is not according to the 30+30+40 formula stated by cbse

Sir, My child scored only 26/70 in biology theory exam of 12th though she scored in
Class X. Science. 96/80(30%) =22.8
Class XI. Bio. 57/70( 30% ) =17
Class XIi. Bio. 60/70 (40%) =24
So total in theory is 63.8 but my child awarded 26/70.
My ward has scored 95.2% in 10th but now in 12th it remains 85%.
In same school some students are awarded 94% though they have below 89 % in 10th.
Kindly analyse and rectify the same after applying the formula correctly. Please do the needful.
