Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — My class 12 board result

I haven’t got my 12 board marks according to my capabilities and intelligence moreover I had got 91% in my 10 class exams and even got good marks in my 12 class tests too so pls look into this as I have attained only 74% in total in 12 class. Please help me with this.
