Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — My duplicate certificate

I applied for my duplicate certificate on June 12, 2022. It's been a month and it's still not here. I can't get any updates when I try to track my certificate.
I am a drop-year student and soon for college admissions, I need my 12th and 10th certificate. I applied for the urgent delivery and it is still not here. my application ids are B22DD253512 and B22DD253483.
I would really appreciate it if at least I can get any updates about the arrival of my certificates or if there would be any delays. my college admissions are going to start soon and it is very urgent.
