Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — My school torture

Sir, I am in class 9 and I have taken addmission in September 2020.I am ready to pay my fees from September 2020 to March 2021.But my school principal is pressuring me to pay fees from April 2020 to March 2021.And from April 2020 to September 2020 is also a epidemic period. And my parents can't be able to pay these fees.
So, I humblely request you to talk my principle about these condition because he is not hearing my request.
