Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — name correction in marksheet

Sir
My ward was studied in sir padampat singhania education centre, kanpur. Now he complete his 12,
In his marksheet father names spelling is not correct.
When i contacted to school they advice that this will be done at board level.
So i had approach to board at allahabad and then board advise that it will be done at school level.
Pl arrange to resolve my issue as per detail given below
