Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — need of equality for set 3 children

The questions in set 1 an 2 were out of syllabus though then i dont get it that a board that is holding exam in the whole country cant they recheck the questions.
Now talking about the children that had got set 3, even that set was tough and these children are at a great loss of 8 marks. These 8 marks for a person who is not talented enough but has got set 1 or 2 are like a golden opportunity but at same time a talented person having set 3 may lag behind from one who has got set 1 or 2 and this is not at all fair. We need equality and either provide 8 marks to all sets or none. Please don't do any inequality cause it would cost us more than you think.
