Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Non Refund of fees

I enrolled my daughter in vedantu education CBSE 9 & 10 Pro Lite[protected] on 16/05/2021.
I have not satisfied with their teaching techniques. There is no improvement in my daughter. According to them i cannot cancel my registration for upcoming year as per their refund policy. They have to provide 2 terms books also which we didn't received for 2nd term. No proper response i am getting from vedantu. kindly help to get refund.
