Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — not received my 12 official marksheet

I am rashmi yadav in 2018 i wrote my compartment exam (Private) and in that exam i successfuly get passed. But sir i did not received my marksheet. So i download my marksheet from digilocker website but ir i want my official marksheet so sir plz take an action immediately on this.
