I'm a student who just passed the cbse 10th board exams. I wasn't at all satisfied with my maths and science results so went for re-evaluation. The verification process was over without any problem. But soon after when the photocopy obtaining process started, and i registered for it, the payment method problem arose because the website wasn't at all offering online payment which i would be doing with sbi account. The radio button option is automatically selected on hdfc and online payment both. How is that possible???
I can't select one option. My payment is stuck.
You are requested to forward this to the concerned authorities asap because it is as important as my future admission in college and lifetime satisfaction.

Updated by SAUMY TRIPATHI Absolute nothing happened . I shouldn't have posted also this, just wasted my time and hopeful expectations. It proved what it showed i.e. only 13% satisfaction approved by this complain website. I will be removing my complaint in a while.
