Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Poor Score in 12th class

I am Jagbir Singh. My daughter Chahat studied 12th class in Bharam Shakti pub school In Begumpur Delhi. Her Roll no is 26620116. She Scored 74% in 12th. It is injustice by Cbsc.
According to Cbse given passing formula 30/30/40. She Scored 85% in 10th, 84% in 11th and good performance in midterm exam in 12th.
Our expectations is she will score in 12th approx 85%.
She worked hard in 12th but Cbsc cencel the exam and destroy Carrier of my wards.
So requested to please recheck and improve the score.
