Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Regarding 12 board exam

As per the CBSE criteria of the result of standard 12 i have not got the appropriate marks and as per previous results of 10th and 11th, it should be 80%+ but how our DAV MPS KOTRI has given marks couldn't understamd.

I reached to the school and the Principal said that if you have any doubts regarding result please contact to CBSE. We don't know anything.
Please see the above situation carefully.
