I had send my daughters transfer certificate issued by school for counter sign at your ajmer regional office through speed post on 21/07/2018 which was received at your office on 25/07/2018. I had enclosed a self addressed envelope bearing stamps of rs. 40/- as speed post charges with original t. C. Sir, it is quite urgent for me to receive the counter signed t. C. For further study of my daughter. Details of t. C. Are as under :
