Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — regarding evaluation process gazetted in newspaper dated 14.7.2020

As per the 3rd gazetted information, average of two best obtained marks should be assessed and given on the non-conducted subjects this rule has not been followed in my case. I'm uploading my mark sheet which shows average of three subjects have been taken and distributed to other two remaining subject which has brought my percentage to the very lowest and will be affecting my future merits as my total internal percentage was around 85% through out the year. I'm feeling totally depressed and my moral is down.
